Questions
Is this a guided tour?
No. The coach takes you there and back, and inside the Studio you go round at your own pace. You can buy a digital guide at the Studio.
When will I know my coach time?
The operator confirms it 7 days before you travel, and we email it to you straight away. Until then, your outbound train reaches Victoria before the earliest coach.
What if the coach back is late?
Coaches can be held up in traffic. We leave time before your train home, and a flexible return fare lets you take a later train if you need to.
Do children need a ticket?
Every child needs a tour ticket, including babies, who go free. The operator sets its own age bands, so a child can have a different ticket type on the tour and on the train.
Can I take food in?
There's a free cloakroom, but it can't hold food. There are cafés halfway round and at the start and end of the tour.
