Raileasy+ is operated by Raileasy Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use raileasy.co.uk and the Raileasy+ service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

To complete a booking we collect the details you give us: names of travellers, contact details, payment information, railcards held, and any accessibility requirements you tell us about. When you browse, we collect standard usage data described in our Cookies notice.

3. How we use it

We use your data to issue tickets and hotel confirmations, to pass necessary details to the train operator and accommodation provider fulfilling your booking, to handle refunds and Delay Repay evidence requests, and to contact you about your booking. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. Contact help@raileasy.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
